If you have tried various self help or motivation techniques before you may be in for a surprise. I'll be blunt, we are not nice.
We offer a collection of insulting ring tones for download to your phone. The site is designed to display differently on a mobile so that tones can be downloaded straight to the phone, if you download to your PC you will need the appropriate software and hardware to move the tone to your phone.
So far all tones have been recorded on a Nokia in the .amr format, the mp3s have been created from the amr files, to my knowledge amr files work on Ericssons as well as Nokias. If you find they work on other phones please let us know.
